Refund policy

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

 

How to start a return: email tolga@odilewholesale.com with your order number. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before we confirm, because items ship from our partner brands' warehouses.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items: tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping. You do not pay return shipping in this case.

 

Other returns: return shipping is paid by the customer. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

 

Refunds: once the returned item is received and checked, we refund your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Not returnable: gift cards and items marked final sale.
